Responsible for summarizing the comprehensive information of bar operation, cost accounting, product and service quality, and reporting to floor manager for timely adjustment.
Responsible for the safety facilities, equipment, measures and responsibilities in the area to ensure the safety of the restaurant work; complete the bar production work according to the standards, do a good job of pre-meal inspection and post-meal closing work; 7. Maintain a full mental state and establish a good working image of the restaurant;
Make daily inventory and fill in daily sales report and purchase application form.
Assist Finance Department to do inventory work well.
Comply with the company's rules and procedures, complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
