1. Assist Director of Food & Beverage for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food & Beverage Department.
2. Ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.
3. Ensure smooth and well operation of all outlets during the operation period, and assist to solve all kinds of operational problems and report to the Director of Food & Beverage in time.
4. Assist in planning and organizing successful Food and Beverage activities and promotions.
5. Assist in establishing Policy & Procedure for the various processes within the department.
6. Responsible for talent training and development.
7. Develop and maintain a good relationship with guests in order to meet their individual needs and handle guest complains properly.
8.Assist with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget.
1.Good English in both oral and written.
2.At least 1 years working experience in same position in luxury brand hotel.
3. Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, beverage and menu writing, sales skills and computer skills.
4.Strong communication skills with excellent team-work spirit and leadership skills.
